TOP-TO-BOTTOM DELUXE CLEAN
The Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning Service is ideal for one-time, seasonal and initial cleanings. Includes everything listed with our Maintenance Clean plus the following:
- Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
- Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place)
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed)
- Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
- All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
- Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)
- All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)
- Light switch plates (hand washed)
- Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
- Stairs (vacuumed)
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
* For safety reasons, our technicians don’t clean spaces that are out of reach of a 2-step ladder and an extension duster.
* Since we can’t move furniture, we will clean any visible or hard to reach spaces by hand or with an extension duster.
* Please note, there could be a small amount of dust resettlement after we leave. Our staff is trained to limit the dust in the air to prevent this as much as possible.

- Wash both sides of sliding glass doors
- Clean windows associated with entry and exit doors
- Empty fireplaces
Walls / Ceiling
- Remove cobwebs from walls, ceilings, and light fixtures
- Dust and spot clean all woodwork (baseboards, doors, door frames, handrails, window sills, etc.)
- Wipe all switch plate covers
- Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans

Our Priority Cleaning Service is designed for clients with unique cleaning needs that don’t quite fit into our standard cleaning packages. Whether you need extra care for a specific area, like tackling buildup in the bathroom or giving the kitchen floor some extra attention, or want to skip cleaning certain rooms altogether, this service has you covered.
Here’s how it works: You create a detailed list of the cleaning tasks you’d like us to handle. From there, we’ll work through your list until all tasks are complete. If you’re working within a specific budget, we can also perform as many tasks as possible within the time you request.
